Thai Stir Fried Vegetables

  • 5 pieces Baby corn
  • 1/2 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece Broccoli
  • 20-25 pieces Snow peas
  • 8-10 pieces Yard long beans
  • 5 gloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil


  • Cut the Baby corn into small oblong pieces.
  • Cut the carrot into slice and cut the slices by half.
  • Take the broccoli apart into small pieces.
  • Cut top and bottom of the snow peas.
  • Cut the yard long beans into 1-2 cm. long pieces.
  • Cut the garlic into small pieces.
  • Prepare the soy sauce.
  • Prepare the suagr.
  • Prepare the sweet soy sauce.
  • Prepare the cooking oil.
  • Heat the the pan, and add oil.
  • Put the garlic on the pan, and stir it till it turn golden.
  • Add the carrots, pour in a little of water and let it simmer until the carrots is done.
  • Add the baby corn and stir.
  • Add the broccoli and stir.
  • Add the yard long beans and stir.
  • Add the baby corn and stir.
  • Season with the soy sauce, the Oyster and the sugar.
  • Arrange it on a platter.
